The HSD-3030/S is a double-head flatbed machine that hot-foil stamps and die-cuts in a single operation, ideal for foiled and security labels. The foil is fed across the web by a servo so less of it is wasted, and a re-pass scanner keeps the stamping and cutting in perfect register on pre-printed work.
Running at up to about 10,000 strokes an hour, it cuts finished sheets online and rewinds the waste matrix automatically — combining two finishing steps into one efficient pass.
