The 3040-S is a flatbed label die cutter with an online sheet-cutting station built in. A servo pulls the web while a print-mark scanner holds register, so it die-cuts printed labels at up to 18,000 strokes an hour and cuts them into finished sheets without needing a second machine.
The waste matrix rewinds online, giving converters a clean, high-speed roll-to-sheet finishing solution in a single compact line.
