The 3040-D is the plain die-cutting version of RK's high-speed flatbed, built without the sheet-cutting station so the frame is shorter and more compact. It kiss-cuts self-adhesive labels at up to 18,000 strokes an hour using a servo web feed and a re-pass scanner for tight registration, and rewinds the waste matrix online.
Its small footprint makes it the ideal choice for converters where floor space is tight but high-speed roll-to-roll die cutting is still essential.
