A complete finishing solution in one machine
The IMS is a semi-rotary and full-rotary die cutter that also performs full (through) cutting, built for converters finishing digitally printed or pre-printed rolls. In semi-rotary mode the repeat is about 30 to 80 percent of the cylinder, so a single magnet cylinder covers a wide range of label sizes.
A servo pulls the web and a re-pass scanner reads the print mark, keeping every cut in register on work printed earlier. Full-cut labels drop onto a long vacuum conveyor for clean collection, while the waste matrix rewinds online — a complete, flexible finishing solution in one machine.
