RK USC Ultrasonic Garment Tape Label Cutting & Creasing Machine
Ultrasonic Cutting that Seals Edges — No Fraying on Satin & Taffeta
Sealed-edge cutting that never frays
The USC is an ultrasonic cutter and creaser for woven garment tapes. Its ultrasonic head seals the satin or taffeta edge as it cuts, so the finished label never frays — a critical quality for wash-care and brand labels.
A servo feeds the tape and reads either a set length or a print mark to place each cut accurately, and the machine manages around 5,000 cuts an hour. Compact and single-phase, it is the natural finishing partner to a garment-label press.
