The TS-500 is a high-speed slitter-rewinder for POS rolls. It cuts jumbo thermal paper down to till, ATM and billing rolls at up to 165 metres a minute, using a ten-set top-and-bottom rotary cutter for clean, square cuts.
Reels load on an air shaft with pneumatic loading, an ink roller marks the roll ends automatically, and the PLC and drive are genuine Schneider. Handling thermal paper up to 100 GSM, it is a fast, reliable production machine for POS-roll converters.
