The RKF-5 is the five-colour version of RK's tower-type flexo label press. It prints self-adhesive labels, stickers and film and die-cuts them on the same pass, with the print units stacked vertically to save valuable floor space. Each unit carries its own motorised anilox roller and adjusts through a full 360 degrees, while an imported ultrasonic web guide keeps the web tracking straight.
The same platform can be built from one up to seven colours, with one to three rotary die-cutting stations at the end of the line — making it a flexible, space-saving choice for growing label converters.
