RK PCC Pneumatic Core Cutting Machine
Automatic Pneumatic Core Cutter for 25 / 38 / 75 mm Paper Cores
Automated, accurate paper-core cutting
The PCC is a pneumatic core cutter for paper cores of 25, 38 and 75 mm. Three air cylinders handle the blade shaft, the bottom support and the core release, while a digital timer sets exactly how long each cut takes for consistent results.
Equipped with eight blades and around 110 spacers, it cuts several lengths at once — making it a fast, automated solution for converters and slitting houses that need a steady supply of accurately cut cores in-house.
